Welcome to Insight Credit Union online member enrollment!

Welcome, and thank you for choosing Insight Credit Union for your financial needs. Here are a few things to keep in mind as you begin the enrollment process:

Please note that our online member enrollment is for opening a completely new account with us.

If you already have an existing Insight Credit Union account (including a loan), and you simply want to add an additional product to your account (i.e. checking, savings, money market….etc), please contact our member support center at 407-426-6000 or 888-843-8328 for directions or assistance.

This process will take about 10 minutes and there are two(2) steps:

  • Account Sign Up
  • Account Funding

To use this online membership enrollment agreement, you must be:

  • 18 years of age or older and
  • A U.S. citizen or a U.S. Resident Alien

You can track your progress through the blue bar on the left side of your screen. The step you are in is highlighted - right now it shows you are on "Account Sign Up". When you have finished a step, a check mark will appear.

What you need to complete this application:

  • Driver's License
  • U.S. Social Security Number
  • Credit card, debit card, or a U.S. checking account to fund your new account
  • Previous home address (if you have lived at your current home address less than two years)

Please Note:-If at any time you and/or the joint applicant on your account (if applicable) established a Fraud Victim Alert with a credit bureau, a paper membership enrollment agreement must be submitted.


Please include two forms of identification for each applicant on the account:

  • Valid U.S. Government or state issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state or military ID or Passport (Minimum one photo ID required for each applicant on the account).

    And

  • Additional identification such as voter registration card, vehicle registration, social security card, birth certificate, permanent resident card or other documentation verifying your identity.

Applicants with a Credit Freeze:

  • Prior to submitting an online membership enrollment agreement, you must temporarily release the credit freeze in order to proceed.

Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account: To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, Social Security number or EIN, employer, driver's license number or picture ID. We may also ask to see a copy of these identifying documents.

For your protection, the system will automatically log you off if there is no activity for 30 minutes. All information will be lost if this occurs.
