Please Note:
You will need the following information during the online enrollment process:

  • Valid Identification: Currently we accept state issued identification cards or State issued driver licenses. Note: Expired documents are not accepted.
  • Previous Home Address. If you have lived at your current address for less than 2 years.
  • U.S. Social Security Number
  • Account Funding Information:
    • Your current bank account information.

Helpful Hints:

  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • You must be a California State Resident.
  • You must be a U.S. person or a U.S. Resident Alien.
  • The online agreement will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
  • For your protection, the system will automatically log you off if there is no activity for 30 minutes. All information will be lost if this occurs.
  • You may follow the steps in the Progress Indicator. You will be given an opportunity to verify and/or correct any information prior to completing the application process.
  • You will need a printer to complete the application and print the signature card.
