Welcome to our Online New Accounts Desk!

Thank you for choosing the Savings Bank of Walpole for your financial needs. Here are a few things to keep in mind before you begin signing up for an account.

  • Opening your account will take about 10 minutes and there are two (2) steps:
    • Account sign-up
    • Account funding

You can track your progress on the green bar on the left side of your screen. The step you are in is highlighted – right now it shows you are on "Account Sign Up." When you have finished a step, a check mark will appear. Please note that for security purposes, if there is no activity for 15 minutes, you will be automatically logged off the system.

Please refer to the following items you will need during this process:

  • Driver's license, State issued ID, U.S. Passport or Military ID
  • Previous home address (if you have lived at your home address less than 2 years)
  • U.S. Social Security Number
  • Credit or debit card or U.S. bank account to fund the account

Trust Accounts, IRA Accounts, Minor Accounts, Estate Accounts and all Business Accounts must be opened at one of our branches. Please stop by one of our branches to open one of these accounts.
